2023 CA PRICE MATCH OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2023 CA Price Match Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2023 CA Price Match Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) share a competitive PV install proposal with their Sunrun sales representative during the Promotional Period, (iii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement, Lease Customer Agreement, or Prepaid Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for a PV system in the state of California, (iv) are a current customer of PG&E, SCE, or SDG&E, and (v) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Sunrun Customer Agreement by February 29, 2024.


The Competitive PV proposal must be:
-shared with a Sunrun Sales Representative
-from a reputable solar installer
-in the Sunrun customer’s name or spouse’s name
-dated within two weeks of the price match submission date


By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2023 CA Price Match Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be duplicated and will only be paid once. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer or home improvement retailer may be ineligible to participate. Offer available to new customers only. Customers with Sunrun PV systems already installed are not eligible.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from November 1, 2023, to January 15, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2024.

Offer Reward: Sunrun will match pricing for new customers who submit competitive proposals during the Promotional Period. Sunrun reserves the right to reduce, adjust, or eliminate any offer to subsidize original Scope Of Work (e.g. home upgrades necessary for solar construction) associated with a project.
