2023 FALL $2000 TESLA POWERWALL STREET/FUSION OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2023 Fall $2000 Tesla Powerwall Street/Fusion Offer (the “2023 Fall $2000 Powerwall Street/Fusion Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2023 Fall $2000 Tesla Powerwall Street/Fusion Offer from Sunrun or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period stated below, (ii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement, Lease Customer Agreement, or Prepaid Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for a PV system with four (4) Tesla Powerwall products in the States of Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, or Vermont, and (iii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by October 31, 2023.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the reward described below. By participating in this promotion, the participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

By participating in this promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2023 Fall $2000 Tesla Powerwall Street/Fusion Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning stated in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. It is available to new customers only. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period runs from September 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023, and expires at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2023.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $2000 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® reward card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable 3 to 4 weeks after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission To Operate (PTO) and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

Miscellaneous: Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2023 Fall $2000 Tesla Powerwall Street/Fusion Offer, or substitute a different reward of equal or greater value for any reason.
