2023 Q3 $350 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROMOTION
PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2023 Q3 $350 Employee Referral Promotion.

Eligibility Requirements: The 2023 Q3 $350 Employee Referral Promotion is open to all employees of Sunrun (a “Participant”) or its subsidiaries who (i) are not compensated through an incentive-based compensation plan, and (ii) submit the First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) of an individual (the “Referee”) directly to this Sunrun Employee Solar Referral Form during the Promotional Period. Required Information submitted through alternate channels will not be eligible for a Referral Reward. A Referrer is not eligible for referral rewards if they referred another customer’s secondary system. A Referrer is only eligible to receive the award for referrals for new solar projects. Referrals must be submitted through an organic referral source or a source where Sunrun did not otherwise have to pay for such Referral.

By participating in this 2023 Q3 $350 Employee Referral Promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of this 2023 Q3 $350 Employee Referral Promotion and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Employee Referral Promotions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them (whether written or oral) relating to this subject matter. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions and in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. Participant must be an individual, and not a business entity or trust. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

This 2023 Q3 $350 Employee Referral Promotion may not be combined with any other promotions issued by Sunrun. Participants cannot reside in the same household as the Referee.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2023.

Referral Reward: Each eligible Participant shall receive $350.00 in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. All Referral Rewards shall be payable (i) 4-6 weeks after installation has been completed on the Referee’s solar facility and (ii) after confirmation that Referee’s Sunrun account is in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
