2023 Q3 EMPLOYEE FAMILY REFERRAL PROMOTION
PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2023 Q3 Employee Family Referral Promotion.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all employees of Sunrun or its subsidiaries (a “Participant”) and all immediate family members of Participants; “immediate family members” are strictly limited to spouses, in-laws, domestic partners, and biological, step- and adopted parents, children over the age of 18 years and siblings of Participants (“Referees”). All referrals must be submitted directly to this Sunrun Employee Solar Referral Form during the Promotional Period. A Referrer is not eligible for referral rewards if they referred another customer’s secondary system. A Referrer is only eligible to receive the award for referrals for new solar projects. Referrals must be submitted through an organic referral source or a source where Sunrun did not otherwise have to pay for such Referral.

A Participant must submit the Referee’s First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) during the Promotional Period. By participating in the 2023 Q3 Employee Family Referral Promotion, each of the Participant and Referee agree to the within terms and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Employee Referral Promotions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Terms and Conditions.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. Participant must be an individual, and not a business entity or trust. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

This 2023 Q3 Employee Family Referral Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer may be excluded from participation. Participants cannot reside in the same household as the Referee.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2023.

Referral Rewards: The Participant’s Referral Reward is $350.00, issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. Sunrun employees compensated through an incentive-based compensation plan are not eligible to receive a cash Referral Reward.

Each Referee will receive a Referee Reward of $1,500.00 to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion, most likely a gift card. The Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to the Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. All rewards shall be payable 4-6 weeks after (i) installation has been completed on the Referee’s solar facility and (ii) after confirmation that the Referee’s Sunrun account is in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
