2023 WOOSH AIR DIRECT OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2023 Woosh Air Direct Offer Promotion (the “2023 Woosh Air Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2023 Woosh Air Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period; (ii) sign a new Sunrun Customer Agreement for any PV system in the San Francisco Bay Area during the Promotional Period; and (iii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Sunrun Customer Agreement by January 31, 2024.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2023 Woosh Air Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer or home improvement retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2023.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive one (1) complimentary Woosh Indoor Air Quality Monitor, one (1) complimentary Air Filter Frame; one (1) Smart Air Filter included; and two (2) complimentary Smart Air Filter Refills (the “Offer Reward”). Limit of one Offer Reward per customer or customer address. The Woosh Indoor Air Quality Monitor will be delivered and installed upon initial Customer Signature. The Smart Air Filter Frame and Smart Air Filter Refills are ordered by the customer on the Woosh website using Woosh credits from their Woosh customer account.

Units may not be returned to Sunrun or exchanged for cash. Sunrun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose about any part of the Offer Reward.

Miscellaneous: Sunrun reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any Participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Promotional Offer in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws, statutes or ordinances, as determined by Sunrun. Additionally, Sunrun reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Sunrun is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
