2024 $800 THD STORAGE OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024 $800 THD Storage Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2024 $800 THD Storage Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement, Lease Customer Agreement, or Prepaid Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for any PV system with a Battery (STORAGE) product through The Home Depot Sunrun program, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by May 31, 2024. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive a Promotion Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

By participating in the 2024 $800 THD Storage Offer, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2024 $800 THD Storage Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be duplicated and will only be paid once. Offer available to new customers only.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 16, 2024 through April 15, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on April 15, 2024.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $800 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable 3 to 4 weeks after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission To Operate (PTO) and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

This offer is made by Sunrun. No sponsorship, endorsement, approval or responsibility for this offer by The Home Depot® is intended or implied. The Home Depot name and logo are registered trademarks of Home Depot, Inc. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2024 $800 THD Storage Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
