PROGRAM GUIDELINES


Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024 Q1 $1500 Employee Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all active employees of Sunrun or its subsidiaries (the “Participant”) who (i) sign a valid, fully-executed Sunrun Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period and (ii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by April 30, 2024. Required Information submitted through alternate channels will not be eligible for an Offer Reward.

By participating, the Participant agrees to the terms of this 2024 Q1 $1500 Employee Offer and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Employee Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

This 2024 Q1 $1500 Employee Offer may not be combined with any other offers or promotions issued by Sunrun. Participation may exclude Sunrun employees who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer. This promotion is intended for non-sales personnel, and employees compensated through an incentive-based compensation plan are excluded from participation.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2024.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $1,500.00 to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion (the “Offer Reward”). The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 6 weeks after (i) installation has been completed on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
