2024 Q2 $250 AMBIT TX OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2024 Q2 $250 Ambit TX Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2024 Q2 $250 Ambit TX Offer from Sunrun or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period stated below, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Customer Agreement for a solar project in the State of Texas during the Promotional Period, (iii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement no later than July 31, 2024, (iv) enroll in ACH Autopay within 30 days of Permission to Operate (PTO), and (v) originate through the Ambit program. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2024 Q2 $250 Ambit TX Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning stated in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. This Promotion may not be duplicated and will only be paid once. Offer available to new customers only. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, and expires at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2024.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $250 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® reward card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable 3 to 4 weeks after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission To Operate (PTO), and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

Miscellaneous: Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2024 Q2 $250 Ambit TX Offer, or substitute a different reward of equal or greater value for any reason.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
