Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 HAWAII SDP SOLAREDGE HOME BATTERY OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 Hawaii SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer Promotion (the “Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate in the Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer from Sunrun Inc. or an authorized Sunrun representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement, Lease Customer Agreement, or Prepaid Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for any PV system with one (1) SolarEdge Home Battery product, (iii) be a HECO or MECO utility customer in the State of Hawaii, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by January 31, 2023. Individuals who receive invitations to participate from third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the reward described below. Unclaimed rewards will expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning stated in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

The Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer may not be combined with any other offers or promotions issued by Sunrun.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from July 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2022.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $3000 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® reward card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 3 years after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 6 weeks after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission to Operate [PTO], (ii) Sunrun has received the equivalent incentive payment for Participant’s Solar Facility from Hawaiian Electric, and (iii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

The SolarEdge name and logo are registered trademarks of SolarEdge. The Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein constitute the entire understanding and agreement of Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the Q3/Q4 2022 $3000 SDP SolarEdge Home Battery Offer, or substitute a different reward of equal or greater value for any reason.
