WINTER 2024 $1000 FIELD CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Special Promotion Name: This promotion is called the Winter 2024 $1000 Field Customer Referral Promotion.

Special Promotion Eligibility Requirements: Open to all eligible Sunrun customers (the “Participant”) who (i) receive an invitation to participate in the Winter 2024 $1000 Field Customer Referral Promotion from Sunrun Inc. or an authorized Sales or Channel partner of Sunrun, (ii) submit a potential customer’s First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Email (the “Required Information”) directly to Sunrun, and (iii) can be verified by the new Sunrun customer as the person who referred them to Sunrun, in Sunrun’s sole determination.

To be eligible to receive the Referral Reward the Referral must be tagged during the Promotional Period, the individual(s) that the Participant referred (the “Referee”) must sign a Sunrun agreement during the Promotional Period, and the Referee must receive Sunrun Sign Off to their Customer Agreement by April 30, 2024. Referrals must be submitted through an organic referral source or a source where Sunrun did not otherwise have to pay for such Referral. Participants or those who reside in the same household as the Referee (new Sunrun customer) are not eligible. A Referrer is not eligible for referral rewards if they referred another customer’s secondary system. A Referrer is only eligible to receive the award for referrals for new solar projects.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. Note that reward claims may expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, Participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

Sunrun will not accept email messages forwarded to third parties and such recipients are not eligible for a Referral Reward. By referring a potential customer to Sunrun, the Participant agrees to the terms of the within Winter 2024 $1000 Field Customer Referral Promotion and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Customer Referral Promotions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral.

The Winter 2024 $1000 Field Customer Referral Promotion may not be combined with any other referral promotions issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer may be excluded from participation. Participation is also excluded for Sunrun employees, authorized Channel Sales Partners of Sunrun, Lead Generators for any solar project, or family members or those residing in the same household as Sunrun employees. If 3 or more Referrals for a Referrer are rejected by way of Referee confirmation, Sunrun, in its sole discretion, may (i) disqualify future referral rewards and (ii) exclude Referrer from participation in current and future Referral Programs Participants cannot reside in the same household as the Referee. Maximum of one Referrer will be paid on each new Sunrun customer, and if more than one Referrer is entered into the system the determination of which Referrer will earn the Referral Reward will be based on the Referee’s verification and/or Sunrun discretion. Participant must be an individual, and not a business entity or trust.

Sunrun reserves the right to modify, limit or restrict participation in the Referral Program to any person at any time for any reason and without notice. Participant eligibility shall be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2024.

Referral Reward: Participant shall receive a Referral Reward under this Winter 2024 $1000 Field Customer Referral Promotion of $1000.00 (“Referral Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion, most likely a reward card. The Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® reward card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to the Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. All rewards shall be payable 4-6 weeks (i) after installation has completed on both the Referrer and the Referee’s solar facilities and (ii) after confirmation that both the Referrer and Referee’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
