2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer

Program Guidelines

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement for any Sunrun PV system with a Battery Storage Product in the States of California (excluding “Bay Area” Sunrun Metro Market) or Massachusetts during the Promotional Period, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay before the Participants’ Sunrun PV system receives Permission To Operate (PTO) and stay enrolled in ACH Autopay for the first six (6) months of Sunrun billing from a bank account in the name of the Participant, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by July 31, 2026. Participants’ Sunrun PV system size must be 4.5kW or larger to qualify for the promotion. This Promotional Offer may be subject to a qualifying rate per kWh. If the Participants' rate does not qualify for the Promotional Offer, upon request a qualifying rate may be provided by a Sunrun sales representative. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, such recipients are not eligible to receive a Promotion Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the reward described below. Unclaimed rewards will expire after 3 months. By participating in this promotion, the participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

By participating in the 2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. It is available to new customers only.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2026.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a payment (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward value is based on the amount of the Participant’s monthly bill and at Sunrun’s discretion. The Offer Reward value on Sunrun FlexSolar projects will be calculated using the base monthly bill amount that is equivalent to no more than 100% utility offset. The Offer Reward will not exceed $3500.00. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable seven (7) months after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission To Operate (PTO), (ii) the Participant pays their first six Sunrun invoices in full and on time using ACH Autopay, and (iii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

The Participant’s ability to claim any Offer Reward expires three (3) months from the date such Offer Reward is sent via email to the Participant for redemption. Once an Offer Reward claim has expired it cannot be revalidated or redeemed. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2026 CA/MA Sunrun Six Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.

Miscellaneous: This offer is made by Sunrun. This promotion and Offer Reward is intended to offset and effectively reduce the cost of Participants’ first six monthly payments. Failure to timely make monthly payments may result in additional charges. The Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein constitute the entire understanding and agreement of Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
