2026 Winter Backup Battery Offer

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2026 Winter Backup Battery Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2026 Winter Backup Battery Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for any Sunrun PV system with a battery storage product, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay no more than 30 days after the Participants’ Sunrun PV system receives Permission To Operate (PTO), and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by April 30, 2026. Participant's Sunrun PV system size must be 4.5kW or larger to qualify for this promotion. Participant's FICO Score must be 680 or higher to qualify for this promotion. Sunrun retrofit battery projects are excluded from this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, such recipients are not eligible to receive a Promotion Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the reward described below. By participating in this promotion, the participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

By participating in the 2026 Winter Backup Battery Offer, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2026 Winter Backup Battery Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from February 23, 2026, to March 9, 2026, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 9, 2026.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $500 per battery storage product (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. One battery is eligible for $500, two batteries are eligible for $1000, three batteries are eligible for $1500, and four batteries are eligible for $2000. Limit is four battery storage products per Sunrun project for a maximum Offer Reward of $2000. Sunrun will notify Participant when the Offer Reward is available to claim, with instructions for making such claim. The Offer Reward shall be payable 2-4 weeks after (i) the Participant pays their third (3rd) monthly Sunrun invoice on time in full using ACH Autopay and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement, including but not limited to having no past due bills, and have a valid email address and ACH information on file with Sunrun in order to receive the Sunrun Incentive described above.

The Participant’s ability to claim any Offer Reward expires three (3) months from the date such Offer Reward is sent via email to the Participant for redemption. Once an Offer Reward claim has expired it cannot be revalidated or redeemed. Participants agree to these Terms of Service for Sunrun Promotions.

Miscellaneous: This offer is made by Sunrun. Failure to timely make monthly payments may result in additional charges. The Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein constitute the entire understanding and agreement of Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend or cancel the Incentive, or substitute the Incentive for any reason.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
