PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024-25 Sunrun New Homes $6 for 6 Months Offer. The exclusive 2024-25 Sunrun New Homes $6 for 6 Months Offer is a Special Promotional Offer, and is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate in the 2024-25 Sunrun New Homes $6 for 6 Months Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Lease Customer Agreement for a Sunrun Solar Facility in the State of California during the Promotional Period, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay before the Participants’ Sunrun Solar Facility receives Permission To Operate (PTO) and stay enrolled in ACH Autopay for the first 6 months of Sunrun billing from a bank account in the name of the Participant, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by December 31, 2025. Participants’ Sunrun Solar Facility must be on a home with electric utility service provided by San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, or Pacific Gas and Electric. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

This Promotional Offer is valid for the original Solar Facility owner. As such, this Promotional Offer will end at the moment ownership of the Participant’s Solar Facility is transferred to a third party. This Promotional Offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Promotional Offer available to new customers only.

By participating in this Promotional Offer, the Participants agree to the terms of the 2024-25 Sunrun New Homes $6 for 6 Months Offer herein and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral regarding this Promotional Offer. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from November 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2025.

Offer Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a Sunrun bill credit resulting in a $1 per month bill for the first 6 months of Sunrun billing (the “Offer Reward”). This Offer Reward includes only a credit on the Participant’s first 6 months of Sunrun billing.There still may be a charge for any applicable taxes as the credit applies only to the solar and storage (if applicable) monthly charges. It does not include credit or any other payment of a Participant’s electric or any other utility bill. Participants must meet all Eligibility Requirements. This Offer Reward is not applicable to purchased Solar Facilities or any Prepaid contracts. The Offer Reward is payable after installation is complete on the Participants Solar Facility and if and only if that Participants’ Sunrun accounts have no past due balance . Participants become ineligible for this promotion at any time if they are (1) not enrolled in ACH Autopay using a bank account under their name during any period during the first 6 months after the system receives PTO, or (2) is not in good standing (no balance past due) during any period during the first 6 months after the Solar Facility receives PTO.

Any Offer Rewards described herein shall be in lieu of any other rewards.

This Promotional Offer is made by Sunrun. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel offering the 2024-25 Sunrun New Homes $6 for 6 Months Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason. At Sunrun’s sole discretion at any time during the Promotional Period or during the six month period after any Participants have reached PTO, Sunrun may elect for the Offer Reward to be issued in a lump sum gift card. If Sunrun makes this election, bill credits will not be issued but a gift card representing approximately the same value the Participants would obtain through future bill credits (rounded up or down to the nearest $10), and such gift card will be issued to the Participants within 120 days of making this election to the Participants. The gift card will be in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
