2024 $300 CA RETROFIT STORAGE OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024 $300 CA Retrofit Storage Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2024 $300 CA Retrofit Storage Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Lease Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for a Sunrun Retrofit Battery Storage system with two additional batteries in the State of California,(iii) enroll in ACH Autopay no more than 30 days after the Participants’ Sunrun system receives Permission To Operate (PTO), and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by November 30, 2024. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive a Promotion Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive claim instructions for this reward. By participating in this promotion, the reward recipient is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

By participating in the 2024 $300 CA Retrofit Storage Offer, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2024 $300 CA Retrofit Storage Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be duplicated and will only be paid once. Offer available to new customers only.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from August 16, 2024 through October 14, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on October 14, 2024

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $300 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. The Offer Reward shall be payable 3 to 4 weeks after (i) the Participant’s Solar Facility has achieved Permission To Operate (PTO) and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

This offer is made by Sunrun. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2024 $300 CA Retrofit Storage Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
