Am I eligible for this special package?

Are there any restrictions based on how I pay for solar (lease, loan, etc.)?
No. You can get the Vivint SmartHome package regardless of how you choose to pay for solar.
Are solar companies able to offer this package?
Sunrun is Vivint’s exclusive Solar partner and no other solar companies or dealers are able to offer this special package.
How does installation work?
Vivint will be texting you to confirm installation appointment timing. When the technician arrives there will be brief paperwork signing before installation of the SmartHome system.
*Package is contingent on your Sunrun system being installed and not available in Hawaii and certain other Zip Codes. In CT, the package will include a Smart Door Lock instead of a Smart Thermostat. If the solar installation is cancelled after the Smart Home is installed, you agree to pay $49.99/month for 60 months starting on month 13.
After the first year of free security monitoring and app access, the contract auto-renews on a month-to-month basis for $49.99/month. You can cancel that subscription at any time by contacting Vivint directly at 800-216-5232. The in-home system will remain functional however Vivint mobile app access and security monitoring will be disabled.
