2019 $25 Dispatch Move Up Sit Offer Promotion

Offer Promotion Program Guidelines

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2019 $25 Dispatch Move Up Sit Offer Promotion (the “2019 $25 Dispatch Move Up Sit Promotion”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate by Sunrun, and (ii) complete a free, in-store home solar appointment with Sunrun at the agreed upon appointment date and time (as designated at time of offering). Individuals who receive invitations to participate from third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the within promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2019 $25 Dispatch Move Up Sit Promotion and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from August 15, 2019, to December 31, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive one Starbucks gift card in the amount of $25.00 (the “Offer Reward”). The Offer Reward shall be issued in the home at the time the Participant completes a consultation or within 4 weeks of in-home appointment. Only one Offer Reward shall be issued per household.

This offer is made solely by Sunrun. No sponsorship, endorsement, approval or responsibility for this offer by the gift card supplier Starbucks is intended or implied.
