Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2018 Q4 Costco Referral Promotion.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all individuals who (i) engaged with a Sunrun salesperson or Sunrun-authorized salesperson in a Costco® store location prior to June 26, 2015, (ii) received an invitation to participate in the 2018 Q4 Costco Referral Promotion from Sunrun Inc., (iii) submit a potential customer’s First Name, Last Name and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) directly to mySunrun.com within the Promotional Period, and (iv) are members of Costco® (the “Participant”). To be eligible to receive the Referral Reward, the Participant must sign a Sunrun agreement by December 31, 2018. Sunrun will not accept email messages forwarded to third parties and such recipients are not eligible for a Referral Reward (defined below). By referring a potential customer to Sunrun the Participant agrees to the within terms of the 2018 Q4 Costco Referral Promotion and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Customer Referral Promotions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from October 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2018.

Referral Reward: Under this 2018 Q4 Costco Referral Promotion, Participant shall receive a Referral Reward of $350.00 (“Referral Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. All rewards shall be payable 4-8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) after confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun account is in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement. All Referral Rewards are awarded in the form of Costco® gift cards. Gift cards are subject to the rules, terms and conditions of the gift card supplier, Costco®.
