2017 Q4 $200 TEXAS EARLY TERMINATION FEE REIMBURSEMENT OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2017 Q4 $200 Texas Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Offer Promotion (the “Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Promotion”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate in the Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Promotion from Sunrun or a Sunrun authorized sales representative, (ii) provide proof of utility early termination fee (“ETF”) to Sunrun or a Sunrun authorized sales representative and (iii) sign a Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by January 31, 2018. Sunrun will not accept invitations forwarded to third parties and such recipients are not eligible for an Offer Reward.

Promotional Locations: The Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Promotion is limited to the state of Texas.

By participating in the within promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Promotion and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Terms and Conditions.

This Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions issued by Sunrun. Participation may exclude Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from October 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2017.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a Visa® Reward Card (the “Offer Reward”) valued up to $200 based on the ETF. Only one Offer Reward shall be issued per household. Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance.
