2018 Q1 $250 XOOM OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2018 Q1 $250 Xoom Offer Promotion (the “Go Solar in 2018 Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements:

Open to individuals who (i) (a) personally receive an email invitation to participate in the New Year New Energy Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period or (b) directly submit his or her First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) via the Sunrun Approved Landing Pages (as set forth below) or (c) contact Sunrun by calling (844) 452-1985 and (ii) sign a Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by March 31, 2018. Individuals who receive invitations to participate from third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward (iii) Available only to residential customers in Sunrun Service territories within the following US States Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland,  Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey ,and New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Go Solar in 2018 Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

The Go Solar in 2018 Offer may not be combined with any other offers or promotions issued by Sunrun. Participation may exclude Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from February 2, 2018, to March 31, 2018, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2018.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $250 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire 6 months after issuance. For the cardholder agreement or terms and conditions, visit http://www.sunrun.com/mysunrun-Rewards/CHAgreement. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s Solar Facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the obligations and/or liabilities of XOOM Solar associated with this Promotion shall at no time exceed ($0). Solar installation services are offered by Sunrun. XOOM Solar assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, losses, or damages associated with such services, including but not limited to any claims, losses or damages associated with marketing of such services. If you have any questions relating to any service offered or marketed by Sunrun, please contact Sunrun directly. The customer will be responsible for seeking out his/her own tax advice as necessary. Neither XOOM Solar, nor Sunrun shall be responsible or liable for any taxes or penalties resulting from any monies received under this Promotion.

Sunrun and XOOM Solar may need to share customer information for the administration of this Promotion; by participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to allow both Sunrun and XOOM Solar to share the customer’s information specifically for the purpose of this Promotion.  Neither XOOM Solar, nor Sunrun, nor their affiliates and/or subsidiaries, shall be liable for:

1. Any claims, expenses and legal fees arising from or related to any violation of the terms and conditions of this Promotion

2. Any typographical errors or omissions in any promotion-related documents

3. Delay or lost correspondences sent by a postal service or any other form of delivery including email
