2019 PARTNER EMPLOYEE $1000 SUNRUN SOLAR OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Offer Name: This promotion is called the 2019 Partner Employee $1,000 Sunrun Solar Offer (the “Sunrun Solar Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements:

Open to individuals who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate from Sunrun Inc. (“Sunrun”) or a Sunrun authorized sales representative, (ii) are current employees of a Sunrun Partner (with a valid partner email address) on the date they sign the Sunrun Customer Agreement, (iii) prior to signing a Sunrun Customer Agreement, and no later than 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on December 31, 2019, contact Sunrun and mention the Sunrun Solar Offer and (iv) sign a Sunrun Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by January 31, 2020. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the within promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Sunrun Solar Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (http://www.sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-pr...) (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

The Sunrun Solar Offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun including but not limited to any Sunrun referral promotions. Participation may exclude Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from June 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $1,000 (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward may be issued in the form of a VISA® card issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Rewards Cards expire six months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable four to eight weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s Solar Facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, on the Offer Reward are the sole responsibility of the Participants.
