Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called 2019 Q1 - Q2 $150 BJs Offer Promotion (“The BJs $150 Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate by Sunrun Inc. (“Sunrun”), (ii) submit their First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) to Sunrun within the Promotional Period when visiting a Sunrun booth in a participating BJs store and (iii) sign a Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by June 30, 2019. Individuals who receive invitations to participate from third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the within promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of The BJs $150 Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Participation may exclude Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 1st, 2019, to June 30th, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $150 BJs® Gift Card (the “Offer Reward”).

Use of BJ’s Gift Card (“Card”) constitutes your acceptance of these terms: Card is redeemable for merchandise and Membership fees only at BJ’s front-end registers and BJ’s Gas® locations. Card is not redeemable for cash, check or credit except as required by law. No expiration date or management fees.
