Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called The 2019 Q2 $500 LGCY San Luis Obispo Closing Offer Promotion (“2019 Q2 $500 LGCY SLO Promo”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2019 Q2 $500 LGCY SLO Promo from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by June 30, 2019. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward. The 2019 Q2 $500 LGCY SLO Promo is limited to Participants who own homes in San Luis Obispo, California that are serviced by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2019 Q2 $500 LGCY SLO Promo and to the Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) located at http://www.sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-promotional-offers which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from April 15, 2019, to May 31, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $500 Visa® Reward Card (the “Offer Reward”). Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
