Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2019 Q4 Employee Offer Promotion.

Eligibility Requirements:  Open to all employees of Sunrun or its subsidiaries (the “Participant”) who (i) directly submit his or her First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number (the “Required Information”) to https://pages.sunrun.com/employee-referrals.html during the Promotional Period and (ii) sign a valid, fully-executed Sunrun Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by January 31, 2020. Required Information submitted through alternate channels will not be eligible for an Offer Reward.

By participating, the Participant agrees to the terms of this 2019 Q4 Employee Offer Promotion and to the General Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Employee Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This 2019 Q4 Employee Offer Promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions issued by Sunrun. Participation may exclude Sunrun employees who have purchased a Sunrun solar system through a wholesale retailer.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from October 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive $1,500.00 to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion (the “Offer Reward”). The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
