MAY 2019 $350 THE HOME DEPOT CA/MA/NJ/NY OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called The May 2019 $350 The Home Depot CA/MA/NJ/NY Offer Promotion (the “THD May 2019 Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the THD May 2019 Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a Customer Agreement through The Home Depot Sunrun program in the State of California, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York from May 17 through May 31 2019, and (iii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by June 30, 2019. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the THD May 2019 Offer and to the Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) located at http://www.sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-promotional-offers which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through any other wholesale retailer than The Home Depot are excluded from participation.  Additionally this Promotion is valid only for homeowners in the State of California.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from May 17, 2019, to May 31, 2019, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2019.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $350.00 Home Depot Gift Card (the “Offer Reward”) to be issued in a form to be determined by Sunrun in its sole discretion. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s Solar Facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the $350 Home Depot Offer Promotion, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason.
