MAY 2021 CALIFORNIA $1000 ADS OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the May 2021 California $1000 Ads Offer Promotion (the “CA $1000 Ads Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the CA $1000 Ads Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a Customer Agreement for a solar project in the state of California in any utility except PG&E between May 5, 2021 and June 21, 2021 and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by June 21, 2021. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the CA $1000 Ads Offer and to the Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) located at http://www.sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-promotional-offers which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer or home improvement retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from May 5, 2021, to June 21, 2021, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 21, 2021.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $1000 Visa® Reward Card (the “Offer Reward”). Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable 6 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has been completed on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
